Cancellation Policy
We begin processing your order as soon as you place it. We reserve the right to charge a cancellation and restocking fee of up to 25%, or refuse cancellation.
Pricing Adjustment Policy
Occasionally errors in the catalog and/or pricing may occur, in the event of a price increase we will contact you prior to processing your order.
Over-sized boxes will cost more to ship. We reserve the right to request more freight to fulfill shipment of your order.
Orders held for either of these reasons may be canceled if no contact is made with the customer, or if freight charge is refused by customer.
Wrong part received
Any claim for incorrect item must be made within 10 days of receipt of item. Any returned items must adhere to the established return policy.
Electrical Parts
There are absolutely no returns or exchanges on any electrical parts. Please be sure of what you need before ordering anything in this category and contact us if you need clarification.

Superseded Parts
At times the OEM supersedes part numbers. A superseded part number is a change by the manufacturer of an existing part number to a new part number. This can mean exclusion or requirement of additional parts for full replacement. Color substitutions may also occur. If a pricing change occurs due to a supersession or manufacturer substitution, we will contact you to confirm the pricing difference.
Delivery Schedule
Orders received from our customers get processed in 15-30 minutes and placed in the system of orders from manufacturers. That is why we ship orders to you with the fastest speed.
As soon as order is prepared and dispatched, we provide you the tracking number to check the delivery status of the package.
Please allow 7 to 21 days from the date of payment to receive your order, depends on your country.
Limitations on weight and dimension
Orders with hazardous or oversize parts may have limited shipping options. For more details please refer to us directly, because weight limits and dimension surcharges vary by country and carrier service type.
The maximum weight of the package, taking into account the packaging, should not exceed 30 kg. The maximum length is 1m 50cm.
The maximum amount of length and girth is 2m 70cm. (Girth = (sum of height and width times 2)
ATTENTION: Before paying for the order, make sure that the maximum weight and dimensions of the largest part in the order do not exceed the values indicated here. If these values are exceeded or doubt, please contact us in advance via email at infomotopartsmarket@gmail.com
ATTENTION: The standard shipping cost by EMS mail is given for standard parts. For such heavy and large parts as wheels, tires, caterpillars, frames, hoods, wings, etc. we ask you, before you pay the order, contact us by e-mail infomotopartsmarket@gmail.com to clarify the cost of delivery.
NOTE: in some cases, when for some reason (dimensions, weight, price, etc.) delivery by the EMS service is not possible, the goods can be delivered by sea or by air by prior arrangement with the client.

ALL ORDERS ARE SENT UNDER DDU INCOTERMS (2000).
IF YOUR COUNTRY HAS LOW LIMIT TAXES – ASK YOUR MANAGER HOW TO DECREASE THE PARCEL COST.
If you refuse the package, you will be responsible for the original delivery charges and be charged the fee to ship the package back to us as well as any duties charged to us.
Missing, Damaged, or Defective Merchandise
All claims regarding shorted or shipping-damaged items must be made within 10 days of receipt of order. Please save all original packaging and related materials for inspection. In some cases it may be helpful to have a digital photo of damaged items when contacting us for a damage claim.
Return Policy
No returns on Electrical Parts, Decals, Marks, Emblems, Screws, Washers, Fasteners, Chemicals, and Special Tools.
All accepted returns may be subject to a 20% restock fee.
All returns must be in new/original packaging and uninstalled condition.
All returns must have prior approval and return authorization # on box.
Failure to meet any of the listed criteria may result in refusal of returned item.
